"As someone passionate about AI and robotics, the dSkills@EA initiative opened doors that I didn’t know existed. Before 2023, I had only ever seen a computer in my school’s principal’s office. Today, I’m mentoring high school students in Kampala in basic Python and machine learning principles—all thanks to digital access and the EAC’s commitment to bridging the digital divide. If more investment is channeled into infrastructure—especially in remote schools—we’ll begin to see the innovation potential of rural youth explode. It’s not just about skills; it’s about sparking confidence."
